Sienna Chicago pet policy, fees, and rules

Direct answer for Sienna renters

Cats and dogs are permitted with landlord approval. Highland’s current Chicago pet policy has no size restrictions and allows all breeds. A maximum of two cats is permitted per unit, and the Sienna terms include a maximum of two dogs. The Sienna terms are a $300 nonrefundable pet fee plus $30 monthly pet rent per pet. Pet details such as name, breed, age, and weight must be provided. There is no separate pet or animal screening, registration, profile, enrollment, verification, or PetScreening charge. Assistance animals are handled separately in accordance with applicable fair-housing law and are not treated as pets for fee purposes.

Pets must maintain current health and vaccination records and provide them upon management request. The dog run and grooming station are open access to all residents 24/7.
