It adapts Highland’s privacy policy for this property website, prospective residents, applicants, and residents. Highland’s affiliate-program provisions do not apply to this website.

Google services
We use Google services for website measurement and fonts. These services may receive your IP address and browser and device details when pages load. Google’s handling of information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
The Google Maps link opens an external service only when selected. Google’s privacy terms apply after you leave this site. You may instead copy the property address into your preferred map or navigation service.
External maps
The Map & Directions page provides an optional link to Google Maps for the verified street address. Sienna does not embed an interactive Google map or set map-provider cookies on this site, and no Google Maps request is made from that page until you choose the external link.
Our homepage and Reviews page link to Sienna’s reviews on Google. When the live preview is offered, you can choose Show Google reviews to see a short sample that Google selects. Nothing is requested from Google until you choose that button. Our server then makes one request to the Google Maps Platform Places API for Sienna’s listing. The request does not include your name, contact details, or browsing history. Your browser may then load reviewers’ profile images directly from Google’s servers. That exposes technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to Google. We do not store the review content, and it is not kept in your browser after you leave the page or after two minutes. Use of this feature is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Review preview actions are not sent to our measurement tags.
Website typography
This site may request font files from Google Fonts when a page loads. That typography request is separate from Google Maps and may share technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, with Google under Google’s privacy terms. It does not load an interactive map or disclose the route you choose to plan.
Sharing and service providers
Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy. Highland may share personal information with service providers employed to perform property, leasing, communications, and website functions. Those providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and must process it in accordance with this policy. We automatically collect information about pages viewed, website interactions, contact and tour submission outcomes, clicks to call the property, and links to external services. This includes page addresses and titles, prior on-site pages, visit sources, and campaign information. We use this information to understand website use and marketing effectiveness and improve leasing services. Measurement begins when public pages load, without asking for analytics consent on this site.
Google Tag Manager enables measurement services configured by Highland.
