Non-emergency maintenance hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. The office is closed Sunday.
After-hours emergencies
For an after-hours, weekend, or holiday maintenance emergency, call (312) 883-5503 and leave a voicemail if no one answers. Residents may also email chicago@highlandptrs.com or office@highlandptrs.com. Call 911 first for a fire, medical emergency, or life-safety emergency when appropriate.
